Why we rebranded
Our name, Non-Stuffy AttorneysⓇ, has never been a gimmick. It was born from a belief that legal professionals can be both highly competent and deeply relatable. You don’t have to sacrifice personality to be reputable. You don’t have to hide your humanity to be trusted. In fact, relatability becomes a strategic advantage over all other firms.
We admit that our old branding was stuffy. It didn’t tell our true story.
It didn’t show clients the creativity, authenticity and competence of our team. So we rebuilt our brand from the ground up to reflect what matters most when we market your law firm:

Co-founder
Our founder and president, Joe Guernaccini, who owns a successful law firm serving as the chief administrator, has two golden retrievers who are basically honorary team members. If you know Joe, you know the vibe: a grounded presence, and a leadership style that’s refreshingly real.
Our brand took that spirit and turned it into an abstract mark. Something that feels familiar without being on-the-nose. Something creative enough to stand out, yet simple enough to become iconic.
